Envy Block is not affiliated with Mojang AB. Mojang AB is the company that owns Minecraft. Envy Block is not Mojang AB. By making a payment to Envy Block, you are not making a payment to Mojang AB or buying the Minecraft game. Payments to Envy Block are payments to a private Minecraft server that is not affiliated with Mojang AB. Because Envy Block and Mojang AB have no affiliation, Mojang AB will not be able to offer you any support regarding Envy Block or payments to Envy Block. Purchasing something from Envy Block will enhance your experience on Envy Block without damaging the experiences of others. Envy Block makes an honest attempt to create an equal gaming environment for both those who choose to make payments to the server as well as those who do not or cannot afford to. Envy Block follows Mojang AB’s EULA as closely as it can be interpreted and translated to the Envy Block Minecraft servers.

 

Envy Block does not sell exclusive access to any part of its Minecraft network. There are no exclusive lobbies or servers. Each payment to made Envy Block will not provide the user an advantage over others, rather cosmetic benefits and minor conveniences.

 

Payments made to Envy Block

 

Envy Block is not guaranteed to stay functional forever. Any payments made to Envy Block affiliated with in-game benefits may be stripped at any time for reasons stated but not limited to: unexpected loss of server files, server closing, and server-wide refurbishing. Otherwise noted, serious efforts will be made in order to keep user benefits paid for around as long as possible.

 

Users that break the rules, purposely or accidentally, may have their benefits stripped due to a ban from the server or website. Users that apply to be unbanned and are accepted at Envy Block’s discretion will once again receive their benefits for payment.

 

Payments made to Envy Block are refundable within three days (72 hours) of the payment date and time provided a copy of the receipt, timestamp, and character affiliated with the purchase to envyblockhelp@yahoo.com. Users who do not provide these details will not be issued a refund. Any benefits received in game for a refunded purchase will be reversed. Further removal of progress affiliated to said benefits may be necessary.

 

Envy Block’s staff members do not have specified work hours, and we cannot guarantee an immediate response to a ticket, dispute, or refund request. Each dilemma will be dealt with in a timely matter, prioritized in the order it was received comparatively to other problems Envy Block is dealing with at the time.

 

In the case of a chargeback, the user affiliated to the payment will be banned from making purchases on the entire Enjin network. The user will be banned on all Envy Block gaming servers as well as the website itself. All previously purchased benefits will not be accessible by the user from then on.

It is clear that one of our servers here at Envy Block uses the fan-based modification to the Minecraft game that incorporates a Pokémon like experience to game play. This mod is called "Pixelmon” and was not created by Envy Block. Envy Block is not Pokémon and in no way does Envy Block serve as a redistributor for Pokémon. Any Pokémon references made on this website or in-game, disregarding these terms and conditions and attempts to identify the actual Pokémon Corporation, are mistaken and should be referencing Pixelmon.

 

Pixelmon is a fan-based mod created by Pixelmonmod.com. Envy Block did not create nor does Envy Block own Pixelmon.  Envy Block uses the game modification to enhance game play for its users. Any copyright infringements made by Pixelmon toward Pokémon are never intended by Envy Block.

 

Lord of the Blocks

 

It is clear that one of our servers here at Envy Block uses the fan-based modification to the Minecraft game that incorporates a Lord of the Rings like experience to game play. This mod is called "The Lord of the Rings Mod” and was not created by Envy Block. Envy Block is not Warner Bros. Entertainment Group and in no way does Envy Block serve as a redistributor for Warner Bros. Entertainment Group. Any Lord of the Rings or Warner Bros. Entertainment Group references made on this website or in-game, disregarding these terms and conditions and attempts to identify the actual Warner Bros. Entertainment Group, are mistaken and should be referencing the Lord of the Rings Mod.

 

The Lord of the Rings Mod is a fan-based mod created by persons outside of Envy Block. Envy Block did not create nor does Envy Block own The Lord of the Rings Mod.  Envy Block uses the game modification to enhance game play for its users. Any copyright infringements made by The Lord of the Rings Mod toward Warner Bros. Entertainment Group are never intended by Envy Block.

 

Privacy Policy

 

Envy Block does not store information other than server logs and IP addresses affiliated to users who play the game. Anything you say or type in game will be logged and kept for several days, months, or possibly until the server shuts down. Envy Block may use this information in order to resolve disputes or as evidence against players who have broken the rules.

 

Envy Block uses the Enjin network to maintain its website. All users who register to the Envy Block website are also registering to the Enjin network, and should abide by their terms and conditions found at http://www.enjin.com/terms as well. Users who register to the Envy Block website should also acknowledge Enjin’s privacy policy found at http://www.enjin.com/privacy respectively.
